Overeten gaat niet over eten
Je weet heel goed wat gezond eten
is en je hebt prima door wanneer
je teveel eet.
Toch is dat waar je steeds op focust als je wil afvallen.
Maar het werkt niet (meer), waardoor je steeds strenger gaat doen, steeds gefrustreerder raakt en lelijk tegen jezelf praat.
Weet: je hebt niet meer kennis over gezonde voeding nodig en ja,

Je zal de redenen dat je tóch steeds teveel eet moeten aanpakken.
Dan krijg je rust én alleen dan wordt afvallen het blijvende resultaat.
Soms vraag je je af of je het er niet gewoon bij moet laten.
Dat afvallen en dat gewicht.
Maar je bent als de dood voor wat er dan gebeurt...
Dus je weigert je erbij neer te leggen.
